New Moon City (新月城) is located in the central eastern area of the Blue Wind Empire with a scale more than ten times larger than Floating Cloud City. The governor of the city is Murong Hang. Small sects and clans were established throughout the city like trees in a forest. The Blue Wind Imperial Family had set up a Profound Palace here. Xiao Sect and Burning Heaven Clan also had branch sects in this location. In total there are seven powerful sects. The city also contains a branch of the Black Moon Merchant Guild.[1]
